Refund policy

YOU HAVE 10 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE OF FULFILLMENT TO RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS.

RETURNS:
Item is unworn, item is unwashed, item is unaltered, item has no makeup stains, item has no deodorant stains, item has no animal hair, item has no smells of smoke, items are not final sale, items fall within the date ranges specified in the Return Policy. If you answered YES to all of these, you will be eligible for a return. Please refer to the Return Policy below.

Due to items selling out quickly, we do not offer exchanges. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds will be in the form of the exact way payment was made. You have 10 days to return items. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return.


DEFECTIVE ITEM If you have received a defective item, please contact us at adeanedreamboutique@gmail.com within 2 business days of

receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures.

FINAL SALE (no exceptions) All sales on SALE/CLEARANCE items are final. All sales are final on all (shapers, leggings, shorts), jewelry, undergarments, hair accessories, hats, beanies, socks and eye wear. This is for hygienic purposes.


ALTERING or CANCELLING AN ORDER Once an order is placed by the customer, it cannot be altered or cancelled. Please follow the return policy for items that need returned (including an entire order).

Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. A Deane Dream Boutique is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. Please contact your local USPS or UPS.

We strive to bring you comfort items at reasonable prices. We will stand behind our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return an item for some reason please send an email to adeanedreamboutique@gmail.com within the 10 calendar day return time frame. We will instruct on how to return your item and confirm if its eligible. If it isn't eligible, you won't be able to return for to us for an exchange or store credit. 

In the event you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 calendar days at adeanedreamboutique@gmail.com and we will assist you.  

 

We only offer a store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds back to the original method of payment.The amount of store credit will be for the item returned less any original shipping costs. If free shipping was included at the time of purchase, the standard amount of $6.95 will be deducted from the store credit.We do not cover shipping on returns when package is sent to us.Merchandise must be in new condition, unwashed, unworn, free of any smells or stains and still have original A Deane Dream Boutique tags attached.Items ineligible for returns or exchanges, but not limited to:Fulfillment date past the10 calendar day period Final Sale or Flash Sale itemAccessories: Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Handbags, BeltsIntimates, Bralettes, Swim SuitsCustom Pre-Order ItemsPersonalized ItemsNo credit will be given for shipping charges when package is returned to A Deane Dream Boutique. REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:  No refunds or exchanges are accepted for customized/personalized items. In the event of a spelling/design error or a quality issue is made on the part of A Deane Dream Boutique, the item will be fixed or replaced to the best ability of A Deane Dream Boutique. In the event that A Deane Dream Boutique is unable to fix or replace said item, a refund will be issued.  If your item is back ordered and you wish to cancel your order A Deane Dream Boutique will issue you a refund. No item will be fixed or replaced after you have washed the item as A Deane Dream Boutique can't guarantee you washed the item as directed.  

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancelled orders are only accepted within 24 hours of receipt of payment.  Cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hours of receipt of payment.  There will be a 30% restocking fee for all cancelled orders. All items are made to order unless noted otherwise.

 

PURCHASER ERRORS:  In the event of a spelling/design error made on the part of the purchaser, depending on the nature of the item, A Deane Dream Boutique may be able to fix or replace said item, but an additional fee must be paid in full before work will be completed.  For all non-apparel items and ink print items, A Deane Dream Boutique will apply a 10% discount to the cost of purchasing replacement items. For vinyl image apparel items requiring spelling corrections, a fee of $10.00 will be assessed to fix the personalization.

 

FONTS: The font used for personalized items will be chosen to best fit the item at the discretion of A Deane Dream Boutique and may differ from that in the example.  

 

PAYMENTS: Online payments are accepted in the form of PayPal or credit/debit cards. Local payments are accepted in the form of PayPal, credit/debit cards and cash.
